Arrival: Arrives fresh and chilled in protective food-safe packaging with insulation and cold packs as needed. The mushrooms are carefully sorted before packing. Natural variation and a small amount of forest debris may be present because these are wild-harvested mushrooms.

Use: Gently brush or wipe away any remaining debris and trim the stem ends. Do not soak. Slice or tear into pieces, then sauté over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Excellent with butter, garlic, herbs, cream sauces, pasta, risotto, eggs, poultry, seafood, and steak.

Storage: Refrigerate immediately upon arrival at 34–38°F. Store in a paper bag or breathable container; do not seal tightly in plastic. For best quality, use within 5–7 days. Do not wash until just before cooking.
