Fresh and frozen mushrooms are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging. Products arrive cold and should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

Next-day delivery is available for customers located within UPS Zone 1 or Zone 2, when applicable. All other orders ship using expedited methods suitable for perishable products.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

  • Frozen mushrooms: Keep frozen until use; cook directly from frozen for best results.
  • Dried mushrooms: Store sealed in a cool, dry place.

Frozen mushrooms are best used in cooked applications such as sauces, soups, risottos, and sautés. For best results, do not thaw before cooking.
