Do you ship next-day?
Yes — every order ships Next-Day Delivery. Fresh and frozen go FedEx Priority Overnight at no charge.
How are fresh and frozen mushrooms shipped?
FedEx Priority Overnight (next-day air) at no charge — free overnight shipping is included in the product price and no shipping charge is added at checkout. Fresh ships in an insulated box with gel packs; frozen ships insulated with dry ice.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States. Every order is packed in insulated materials, with gel packs for fresh and dry ice for frozen.
When does my fresh order ship?
Fresh orders placed by 12:00pm ET ship the same business day. Fresh orders ship Monday through Thursday only, so nothing sits in a facility over a weekend. Orders placed after Thursday's cutoff ship the following Monday. Ship dates may shift for severe weather or carrier disruption — we'll contact you first if your order is affected.
How should I store my mushrooms?
Fresh: refrigerate at 33–36°F on arrival, in paper or a shallow open container — never sealed in plastic — and use within five days.
Frozen: keep frozen until use; cook directly from frozen for best results.
Dried: store sealed in a cool, dry place.
Can frozen mushrooms be used like fresh?
Frozen mushrooms are best in cooked dishes such as sauces, soups, risottos and sautés. For best results, don't thaw before cooking.
What if my order arrives late or damaged?
Because our products are perishable, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will make it right. See our refund policy for full claim terms.
Are all products available year-round?
No. Many of our products are seasonal and subject to availability. Inventory rotates with the harvest — when a season ends, it's frozen or dried until next year.
Do you sell wholesale or bulk quantities?
Yes. We work with restaurants, chefs and distributors. See our wholesale page or contact us directly.
Are your mushrooms organic?
Some products may be grown or sourced using organic practices, but availability and certification vary by product and region. Please check each product's description for details.
