Crown Fungi ships fresh, frozen, and dried specialty mushrooms throughout the continental United States in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain quality and food safety.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Speed

Fresh and frozen products ship FedEx Priority Overnight (next-day air) at no charge. Free overnight shipping is included in the product price and applies to every zone we serve in the continental United States, Northeast, Central and Southeast, and West and Florida. There is no shipping charge added at checkout.

Delivery time: 1 business day after the order ships.

Dried and shelf-stable products ship by standard ground service, typically 2 to 5 business days.

Order Cutoff and Ship Days

Fresh orders placed by 12:00pm ET ship the same business day.

Fresh orders ship Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship fresh product on Friday, so that nothing sits in a facility over a weekend. Orders placed after Thursday cutoff ship the following Monday.

Ship dates may shift for severe weather or carrier disruption. We will contact you before shipping if your order is affected.

Cold and Frozen Packaging

Fresh product ships in an insulated box with gel packs. Frozen product ships insulated with dry ice.

Refrigerate fresh product between 33-36F immediately on arrival, or move frozen product to a freezer. Use fresh product within five days.

Store fresh mushrooms in paper or a shallow open container. Never seal them in plastic.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the carrier marks an order delivered, Crown Fungi is not responsible for theft or improper handling after delivery. Because these are perishable shipments, please arrange for someone to receive the box or provide delivery instructions.

If a shipment arrives late through carrier fault or arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full claim terms.
