Fresh golden chanterelle mushrooms, hand-harvested from the mossy forest floors of the Pacific Northwest. Chanterelles are among the world’s most beloved wild mushrooms, treasured by chefs and home cooks for their elegant golden color, delicate aroma, and refined flavor.
