Use frozen American white truffles

1. Keep frozen: Store at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Take out only what your dish needs; keep the remaining truffles frozen.

2. Cook the base: Prepare pasta, eggs, risotto or sauce with your chosen ingredients.

3. Add directly from frozen: Shave or grate a small amount over the finished hot dish, or add near the end of cooking. Use a suitable slicer or grater with care and promptly return any unused portion to the freezer.

4. Adjust to taste: Toss gently and add more only if desired. One package contains 8 oz net weight. Other recipe ingredients are not included.
