Sold in 3 lb and 5 lb. Picked to order. The 5 lb is the best value per pound and ships in the same insulated box as the 3 lb.

Storage and use. Refrigerate between 33-36F on arrival. Use within five days. Cook fully before eating. Store in paper or a shallow open container, never sealed plastic.

Ship days. Orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day, Monday through Thursday. No Friday shipping.
